Cancellation Policy

At foramzaveri.com, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. However, as a psychotherapist, I also have a responsibility to manage my schedule in a way that is fair to all of my clients. Therefore, I have developed the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation and rescheduling :
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You can do this by calling my office or sending an email. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee for your session.

No-shows :
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged the full fee for your session.

Late arrivals :
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full fee for your session.

Emergency cancellations :
In the case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that emergencies can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. In these cases, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
