If you are not satisfied with your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will provide a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
If you have paid for a package of sessions and are unable to use all of them, we will provide a refund for any unused sessions. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used, and any administrative fees associated with the package will be deducted.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
